Choc Seed Slice



Slice Ingredients


1 cup dried dates, soaked in 1/2 cup boiling water

2 cups rolled oats

1/2 cup cashew butter

1 tblsp chia seeds

1 tblsp pepitas

1 tblsp sunflower seeds

1 tsp ground cinnamon

2 tblsp cacao powder

2 tblsp maple syrup


Blitz all ingredients in a high powered food processor. When the mixture is well combined, press into a slice tray and refrigerate (you may need to add a little extra water to bring the slice together, or if it is too sticky, another spoonful of rolled oats).


Ganache Ingredients


100g dark chocolate

1/3 cup cream


Melt dark chocolate and cream over a small saucepan and stir well. When cool, pour the ganache over the slice and refrigerate.
